To be a participant in the College Achievement Program (CAP) Summer Bridge Program, I agree to the following:

  • Attend CAP Virtual Orientation in May 2024.
  • Attend the CAP 6-week Summer Bridge Program from July 1, 2024 - August 9, 2024.
  • Programming will be primarily virtual with potential for some in-person meetings.
  • Take ownership of my academic success and personal growth.
  • Be proactive in seeking help.
  • Attend required class sessions.

I understand that to be considered for the CAP Scholarship I must meet the following requirements:

  • Successfully complete CAP 6-week Summer Bridge Program.
  • Be a resident of Alachua or Bradford County.
  • Enroll in at least 12 credit hours at SF College in Fall 2024.


I understand that to renew my CAP Scholarship, I must continue to meet the following criteria:

  • Maintain a 2.5 SF cumulative GPA.
  • Meet with assigned mentor or academic coach regularly.
  • Demonstrate progress toward graduation.
  • Complete at least 75% of attempted courses.
  • Continue to enroll in at least 12 credit hours in fall and spring terms.
  • Notify CAP Director of changes in schedule, major, program, etc.
