Thank you for your interest in becoming a SF Achieve Summer Bridge Scholar!


Please complete this application as thoroughly as possible. The program is limited to graduating seniors at public high schools in Alachua or Bradford County. Students selected for the program must be affiliated with the SF Achieve program. 


The deadline to complete this application is March 13, 2026.

Section 2: Student Agreement

To be a participant in the SF Achieve Summer Bridge Program and receive the SF Achieve Summer Bridge Scholarship, which pays for up to two Summer B courses and to be eligible for a scholarship that pays 12 credit hours in Fall 2026 and 12 credit hours in Spring 2027, I agree to the following:

  • Complete the 2025-26 and 2026-27 FAFSA documents by March 13, 2026 & requested the results to sent to Santa Fe College to establish financial need
  • Attend Summer Bridge Virtual Orientation/Onboarding Meeting in April 2026.
  • Attend all sessions in the Summer Bridge Program from June 15-18, 2026. Programming will be in-person. Students will meet at the Santa Fe College NW Campus in Gainesville.
  • Successfully enroll in and complete all assigned Summer B 2026 classes at Santa Fe College, which begins the week after the Summer Bridge Program in June
  • Meet weekly with SF Achieve Summer Bridge staff during the course of Summer B 2026 to assess progress
  • Enroll in at least 12 credit hours at Santa Fe College in Fall 2026, with plans to enroll in 12 credit hours in Spring 2027
  • Take ownership of my academic success and personal growth
  • Be proactive in seeking help
